It was through this practice of self-awareness and acceptance that the epiphany came, like the earlier one during childhood. “I could share my thoughts and express them, and if it isn’t accepted, I still know that I’m worthy of said expression.” I wanted help understanding my new understanding of expression and working through the childhood loneliness and rejection.
